Reconnect, Recharge, and Move Forward with Confidence
Therapy for driven adults in Texas

success doesn't always come with peace of mind
I spent nearly a decade in corporate finance, chasing the kind of success I thought I was supposed to want. I successfully helped build businesses, climbed the ladder—and still felt disconnected. Unsatisfied. When I finally asked myself what mattered most, everything shifted - and I pursued a life that I really wanted.
Now, I work with driven people like professionals, athletes, and leaders who’ve built strong lives but feel like something’s missing and want more clarity and connection.
No Fluff. Just Real Conversations.
I’ll help you sort through the noise and figure out what actually works for you.
This Is for You If You’re:
High-functioning—but often feel low beneath the surface
Crushing it at work—but not in your relationships
Tired of managing pressure, anxiety, and doubt
Struggling to trust others
Wanting more alignment and clarity in your life

Hi, I'm TJ.
Therapist. Former athlete. Finance guy turned mental health pro.
Like many of my clients, I spent years hustling hard and building a successful (and stressful) career. I led growth and engagement initiatives across industries—supporting everyone from startup founders to Fortune 500 professionals and competitive athletes. On paper, it looked great. But inside, I felt like something was not right. Like I was performing success, not living it. I finally decided what I truly wanted for myself, and became a therapist.
Now, I work with high-achievers who feel stuck—people who’ve built strong lives but face a lot of pressure, burnout, or just a sense that something’s off. Together, we figure out what actually works—and what's not working.
My approach is direct, strategic, and deeply human. The goal? Not just insight—but movement. Purposeful, informed, aligned movement.
I draw from performance psychology, solution-focused work, and ACT to help clients get clear, feel more in control, and move with purpose.
As a former college athlete, I value structure, movement, and resilience. I also believe deeply in the healing power of community and connection—and build that into every room I lead.
